Shipping costs (including VAT)

We calculate the shipping costs abroad depending on the EU zone and product group.

When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order. These taxes or costs will not be paid by us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within 3 – 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
